By downloading, installing, or using Pointless ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Pointless is a minimalist iOS application. The App is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. The App intentionally provides minimal functionality as part of its design philosophy.

The App offers an optional in-app purchase ("Pointless Pro") that unlocks cosmetic features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-consumable and tied to your Apple ID.

Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly.

All content, design, code, and visual assets within the App are the property of Pointless and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pointless and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
